Pan-Roasted Chicken
A $20 chicken dish from an up-scale restaurant tastes better than microwaveable chicken from Healthy Choice. This is one of the many things I learned here in Chicago this weekend.

I wanted to just pick the plate up and drink the sauce, since I was only given two forks and a knife. Ultimately, I decided not to; it seemed more appropriate to lap at it like a cat.
